I chose this hotel because of its beautiful pictures, but my experience was mixed. The location was lovely with good beach access and decent pool facilities. However, the room was worn out, and I had issues with the air conditioning. Communication with staff was tough due to language barriers, and the dining options could use improvement. Overall, it's not quite worth the money I paid, and I would recommend exploring other choices if possible.

While the hotel offered beautiful views and a nice pool area, my overall experience was quite mixed. The rooms were worn out, and the service left much to be desired, particularly with language barriers and issues that weren't promptly resolved. The dining options were limited by language, making it challenging to find what I wanted. Based on what I experienced, I would recommend looking into other hotels.

Rooms

The rooms were clean but quite worn out, with a small television and aging washrooms. My room had a nice view of the Caspian Sea, but it was generally not up to my expectations for a resort.

The reception staff was somewhat helpful, but many other staff members couldn't communicate in English, which made requesting assistance frustrating. I faced issues with the air conditioning that weren't resolved quickly.
Location

The hotel is located near the Caspian Sea, which is lovely, but it's far from the city and getting there required navigating traffic. The surrounding area was nice for a relaxing getaway.
Dining
5.0
Food options were good, but the menu was in the local language, and it was difficult to order. Breakfast consisted mainly of boiled eggs and bread without any fresh options.
Facilities
6.0
The pool and beach areas were well maintained, which was the highlight of my stay. However, the old condition of some amenities did take away from the overall enjoyment.

Communication with staff was tricky due to language barriers, and there were a few maintenance issues that weren't addressed promptly. The dining options were limited, and the overall experience was just okay for the price I paid.

We chose Aysberg based on enticing photos, but ultimately, it fell short of our expectations. While the pool and beach were enjoyable, the condition of the rooms and the language barrier with most staff detracted from the overall experience. The food was decent, but navigating the menu was a challenge without English options. Overall, I wouldn't say it was worth the price paid, and I'd suggest looking for other accommodations first.
